Project Seminar 'A new model to get a job':
A job interview is an interview consisting of a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of an employer which is conducted to assess whether the applicant should be hired. Do you have a job interview coming up? Are you prepared? The common way to get ready for an interview is to take the time to review the most common interview questions you will most likely be asked, along with examples of the best answers.
As well known, the chance to get the job is bigger when a job applicant is invited to a job interview. He/she should be then prepared to convince the employer you are the best candidate for job. Get to know the expectation from the employer seems important to succeed in job interview. This seminar will be addressed on issues described above from the HR's perspective in order to help job seekers with best practice.
The project entitled 'A new model to get a job' and funded by Oslo Commune, aims to develop a new way for job seekers in the job market via a link or active interactions with professional helps including employees in advance to increase the possibility and opportunity of getting a job as they are seeking for.
The seminar is financed by the Oslo Commune via the project above, free of charge and will be held in English. The registration is requested at Competence Center for Immigrants (Register to Join). All registered attendees will get the ZOOM link via email after registration done.
Mr. Martin Buer is a Chief Human Resources Officer in Dreamwork AS. I have a degree in HR with a specialization in labor law. He has interviewed several hundred candidates in various positions. In addition to this, he helps job seeker or candidates with interview training, job application and CV.
