”Kompetansesenter for Innvandrere” (KSI for short, Competence Center for Immigrants in English) is a project financed by the Norwegian Immigrant Authority, Integrerings- og Mangfoldsdirektoratet (IMDi) and run by Chinese Professionals in Norway (CPN).
The project aims to build up a platform/network for working immigrants and their families to meet their needs in information, and supervision, after they come to work in Norway from different countries, particularly from Asia, Africa and Latin America, and in the beginning when they settle down in a new country and confront with culture and business differences.

Speakers Ms. Lisa Cooper and Dilek Ayhan are from USA and Turkey. They have made great demonstrations of promoting immigrants in the Norwegian society with lot of experiences to share as successful professionals.
