Target:
1. It should be easy to manage
(1) Easy to add new content
(2) Easy to implement user login control
(3) Easy for user to access information
2. It should be including all functions needed
(1) Calendar
(2) Mass mail
(3) News
(4) Member information management /join/update/remove/
(5) Gallery
(6) Contact
(7) Blog
(8) Forum
3. It should be nice looking, at least not so boring
