  • Please fill in the full name of each participant if more than one participant is included in one registration. From the 2nd participant, member ID of CPN member , or age of kid, or 9999 for others has to be filled in.

  • 收费标准: 2015年已交会费的CPN和已交会费的JuniorClub会员免费。其他成人200克朗，儿童80克朗(半份饭)，或150克朗(整份饭)。缴费时请注明。付款方式: 请晚会参加者将费在2月28日前转入CPN帐号05395799691。没有报名的届时将加收100克朗。
    会员注册时请务必在下面填写正确的会员号，否则可能由于无法及时确认您的信息而影响您享受会员待遇。
